Princess is managing her diabetes well! Princess's mom contacted us last week with an update on Princess. She said, "She is continuing to do well. She is full of energy and I feel like I have my old Princess back!…"

We helped Deirdre a few weeks ago after she had fallen and snapped off her top canine tooth at the gum line exposing the sensitive pulp inside. The tooth was extracted and her teeth were cleaned. Deirdre was given a 10-day course of oral antibiotics and she has fully recovered. Her mom said, "She is doing great! It seems like this is all behind us. Thank you again! What you do is incredible."

Due to Snickers's rapid health decline, we paid for an examination, bloodwork, and X-rays. The bloodwork showed elevated liver enzymes and the Feline Pancreatic Lipase Immunoreactivity, or fPLI test confirmed the veterinarian's suspicion of Pancreatitis. Snickers was immediately hospitalized and treated with IV fluids, antibiotics, pain medication, and anti-nausea medications.

Snowbaby is home and doing well after receiving Radioactive Iodine therapy to treat his Hyperthyroidism condition. An area on his back leg was shaved and a one-time injection was given subcutaneously (i.e. under the skin), just like a vaccine…

We put a deposit down to secure Snowbaby's placement as the veterinary hospital has limited space and they only perform Radioactive Iodine therapy for Hyperthyroidism on Mondays so they can monitor the patients for the next 5 days. The hospital is in Maryland 3 hours from Snowbaby's home but it was the closest that handles this kind of radioactive treatment…

Kitty, the little pup from Texas, has fully recovered from emergency surgery to remove her eye after suffering blunt-force trauma to her eye from running into something sharp like a stick. Kitty had a final checkup and suture removal and her veterinarian has given her a clean bill of health. 🙌

Little Kitty is recovering well from surgery to remove her eye and is adjusting to her limited vision. The swelling has gone down significantly and tomorrow Kitty will have a recheck exam and suture removal. Her mom said she is doing great and seems happy and pain-free!

Deirdre had surgery to remove a broken canine tooth. The surgery went well, and Deirdre went home later that day. She was still quite woozy from the anesthesia, so mom placed her in a quiet room with lots of blankets and cushions and her best furry friend Jinx offered his love and support. 💕
