Toto’s surgery was rescheduled! 😿

UPDATE ON LITTLE TOTO! 🐕

Toto, an adorable little guy from Massachusetts needs surgery to amputate his tail due to a cancerous tumor and remove 3 smaller fatty growths from his back, side, and head, unfortunately, his surgery had to be rescheduled. 😿 Toto developed a skin infection near the upcoming surgery site and his veterinary surgeon recommended temporarily delaying the surgery until the infection has cleared up.

Toto's surgery has been rescheduled for September 19th, giving enough time for the skin infection to resolve. The good news is, that Toto had his pre-surgical bloodwork run and everything came back within normal limits. We used funds from our Emergency fund to pay for the additional cost of Toto's medications to treat his skin infection and the pre-surgical bloodwork.
