Great Update on Princess! πΈ
We helped Princess a 9-year-old kitty from Florida back in June after her mom contacted us that Princess was not well. She was lethargic, had some swelling in her back legs, and was eating, drinking, and peeing a lot.
Princessβs Mom is disabled and confined to a wheelchair she receives a small monthly disability check to cover necessities and cannot afford diagnostic testing for her beautiful tabby girl. We helped with the cost of bloodwork and urinalysis which revealed that Princess is diabetic.
Princess was prescribed Senvelgo; an oral insulin given once daily. Princessβs veterinarian also recommended a diabetic diet to help maintain her glucose levels. Princess's mom contacted us last week with an update on Princess. She said, "She is continuing to do well. She is full of energy and I feel like I have my old Princess back!"
Princess will have a check-up next month. We will have more updates soon!
