Story
Marley, the tiny pup from Illinois, is in so much pain from his severe periodontal disease that he has stopped eating. His elderly mom is on disability and cannot afford his surgery; she is so scared Marley will die from the infection in his mouth.
His veterinarian says Marley will need pre-surgical bloodwork and x-rays before surgery to make sure he is healthy enough, he will need a thorough cleaning, and several teeth need to be extracted.
Marleyโs mom has been through so much; sometime ago, Marleyโs grandma and her beloved kitty, Maxwell, were involved in a house fire. Maxwell was found unresponsive by a firefighter in the home. However, this incredible firefighter started CPR on Maxwell and gave him oxygen; miraculously, Maxwell came back to life!
Marleyโs grandma sadly passed away a few years later. Maxwell now lives with Marley, and his mom, and have become best friends. Maxwell does have asthma from smoke inhalation from the fire, but otherwise, he is a happy and healthy kitty cat.
Marleyโs mom has hit hard times; she can provide daily necessities for her precious fur babies. However, her oven and refrigerator recently broke, and with the sudden rise in daily expenses, she doesnโt have the money for Marleyโs surgery. Seeing her little boy in pain and not eating breaks her heart.
Please save this sweet pup from suffering any more pain from his periodontal disease.
