Story
Sassy, the beautiful blue-eyed kitty, has a tumor on her right leg that is causing her pain. The tumor keeps getting bigger, and her veterinarian recommends amputating her leg to save her life!
Sassy started constantly licking at her leg a few months ago; her mom discovered a small lump on Sassyβs elbow. The tumor has grown so aggressively in just a few months and has affected her elbow joint, preventing Sassy from walking correctly, and she is uncomfortable when she lays down. Amputation is the only option; however, her mom cannot afford the cost of Sassyβs surgery. πΏ
Sassy and a sibling were tiny kittens brought to a shelter by animal control after their mother was found hit by a car. Sassy was adopted five years ago; she was a foster failure. Sassy's mom fell in love with this beautiful fur baby and wanted to give Sassy a forever-loving home. Her mom has taken care of all of Sassyβs preventative veterinary care. Unfortunately, Sassyβs mom did not qualify for care credit, and she barely makes it through the week with the cost of necessities. It breaks her heart to see her sweet girl in pain.
This beautiful blue-eyed kitty deserves to live pain-free. Sassy can live a long and happy life with just three legs.
