Sassy had surgery to save her life and is doing well!

Sassy had an aggressive tumor on her elbow; her veterinarian suspected cancer and recommended amputating her leg to save her life. Sassy had surgery, and she has been coping well. She has learned how to walk with just three legs!

Sassy’s staples were removed; she will need to wear her cone for a few more days until the incision site has completely healed, but her veterinarian has given Sassy the all-clear!

We could only help Sassy because of the kindness and generosity of animal lovers like you, who donated to help with Sassy’s expensive surgery cost.

DONATIONS SAVE LIVES! Thank you to everyone who cared about Sassy.

Her mom said, “Thank you very much; I am so grateful to you and the donors who saved my sweet Sassy.”
