Ronald, the Minnesota kitty, fell from a deck three days ago and fractured his leg below the knee. This handsome cuddle bug urgently needs surgery! Due to the location of the break, his veterinarian recommends amputating his leg.
Ronald is currently on pain medication and antibiotics and is confined to a small room to limit his mobility. His mom said, βRonald has been lying in his bed since the accident and tucks his leg underneath him like a broken wing.β She is devastated that her handsome cuddle bug is hurt.
Ronaldβs mom is on disability; she barely makes it through the month paying for necessities on a low income; she cannot afford Ronaldβs surgery. Ronaldβs mom applied for care credit but was only approved for $300 and is terrified that she cannot pay that back!
Surgery has been estimated between $1,121.26 - 1,536.02. Ronald is only five years old; he will live a long, happy, and pain-free life with just three legs.
