Elliot, the handsome Maryland kitty, has been battling cystitis and has had two urinary blockages that required catheterization in the last 40 days. Despite all efforts with medications and a urinary prescription diet, Elliot is prone to urinary infections. Elliot needs Perineal Urethrostomy (P.U.) surgery to widen his urethra to prevent future urinary obstructions. 

Elliot is only eight years old; this life-changing surgery would allow him to live a long and healthy kitty life. However, his mom is low-income; she works part-time and cares for her mother, who has courageously been battling cancer for three years.

Elliot’s mom has spent every last dime she has on Elliot’s previous procedures and can’t afford any more debt. Elliot is at high risk for another obstruction and his bladder possibly rupturing!
