Two beautiful fur-sisters desperately need your help. Maggie and Sally have been diagnosed with severe periodontal disease; they both need multiple extractions and thorough dental cleanings. These girls are all their mom has left of her late father.
Maggie and Sally were adopted from a shelter two months apart. Though these sweet girls are not biological sisters, they have been inseparable for 10 years!
Maggie and Sallyβs father sadly passed away from Ischemic heart failure due to complications from agent orange in Vietnam; his daughter, who was already struggling with her health issues, took the girls in. Maggie and Sallyβs mom recently was diagnosed with an unspecified connective tissue disease with a systemic autoimmune disease that affects her vision, heart, and kidneys. She is unable to work and has been waiting on her disability benefits since December 2021!
Maggie and Sallyβs mom said, βMy dogs come first, and honestly, if it weren't for them, I wouldn't be here today! I have no family to help; I don't have any options, and I just need help with my babyβs teeth, please. I don't like seeing them hurting, and they can't tell me. They deserve to be helped as they keep me going.β
Maggie and Sally are being treated with antibiotics to fight infection and pain medications. The total cost for both girlsβ dental surgeries is estimated at around $1,600.00. Please, can you help these sweet girls feel better?
