Baby Peanutz is doing incredible! This little guy is a fighter; after just one week of the antiviral treatment, Peanutz's energy levels have significantly increased; his appetite has much improved; his eyes are brighter and he is grooming himself again!
Peanutz had a check-up and bloodwork on Friday, his red blood cell count has increased but is still lower than normal. He was given an antibiotic injection that lasts two weeks to help with anemia. Peanutz now weighs 3 lbs up from 2.3 lbs on October 6th! We have ordered Peanutzβs next two weeks of the life-saving treatment and his bloodwork and weight will be rechecked in 14 days.
