HUNTER COLE HAD SURGERY AND IS DOING WELL! πΆ
Hunter Cole is an extremely important pup; he is a service animal to a Veteran amputee.
Recently, Hunter's dad found a lump on his tail, and he took H.C. to his veterinarian for an exam; the lump was aspirated and sent to a laboratory for testing. Unfortunately, the lab confirmed that the lump was a Mass Cell tumor; however, amputating Hunter's tail ensures the cancer cannot spread.
Hunter's surgery went well, and he is recovering at home with his dad and fur brother. Hunter will have a check-up and suture removal 14 days post-op.
Thank you to everyone who helped with Hunter's surgery cost. Because of your generosity and compassion, Hunter is CANCER FREE and will live a long, healthy life and continue his most important role, supporting his dad. π
