UPDATE ON ALYYX, the upstate New York kitty! 🗽

Alyyx had fallen from the top of the kitchen wall cabinets; she slipped on the countertop and broke her back leg.

Alyyx's dad was able to pay for an exam and diagnostic x-rays. Alyyx's veterinarian recommended amputation due to the severity of the break. However, Alyyx's surgery was estimated to be over $1,500.00. Alyyx's dad is a US Army Veteran and former Army Reservist; he is low-income and takes care of his adult son. He could not afford his beautiful girl’s surgery.

Luckily, Alyyx's dad found you, and your donations paid for Alyyx's entire surgery cost! Alyyx had surgery late last week, and it was a complete success. She was discharged the next day. Alyyx's dad said she is doing remarkably well with three legs. Alyyx will have a check-up appointment and suture removal next week. We will have an update on Alyyx soon.💕
