Random Acts of Kindness Week (February 14-21) is one of our favorites here at For The Love of Alex. This is a great holiday for us because there truly is no For the Love of Alex without kindness. Just think about this circle of kindness.

The Human-Pet Connection

It all starts when a person falls in love with a pet. A single pet owner or a family shows love and compassion to a cat or dog and the pet, in turn, shows loyalty and love to them. This creates a beacon of kindness that glows for everyone around them to see and feel.

Coming Together

Around that small but bright light is a circle of glowing embers. You, our donor-Angels, see a pet in pain, and you make sure that animal gets well and gets home to their loving family. It can be hard to feel connected, especially in these times of social distancing, but you all shine together across the USA and make miracles happen for pets and their people. I can't think of a better act of kindness.

Donating to deserving cats and dogs in need is an impactful act of kindness that changes the pet's life and their owner's life in more ways than you can imagine. With all the unpredictability in the world today, kindness is a way to extend your grace to struggling pet owners to give them hope for their circumstances.
