Sam is feline better! 🙌

We helped get Sam to a veterinary clinic, and the examination revealed that Sam had a painful infected anal gland. Her veterinarian manually expressed the impacted anal sac, cleaned the area with antiseptic, and administered antibiotics directly into the gland. Sam was given an antibiotic injection that lasts 10 days.

Sam was prescribed oral pain and anti-inflammatory medications to go home. Sam's mom said, "Sam, she is doing very well ..her demeanor has changed she's more willing to be touched and loved, I'm guessing because she is no longer in pain, thanks to you!" 🙏  

Sam will have a check-up in 10 days. Thank you to everyone who helped Sam get the veterinary care she needed. Because of you, this gorgeous girl will no longer be in pain, and return to her kitty-cat self!
