RIP Tinkerbell 💔

Tinkerbell passed over the rainbow bridge on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. We were helping Tinkerbell with the cost of her surgery to remove a painful polyp growing in her ear canal. However, the pre-surgical bloodwork and X-rays revealed that sadly, Tinkerbell was not a candidate for surgery. The polyp was cancerous and had metastasized.

We have been helping with Tinkerbell’s palliative care and miraculously, she has been living a good quality of life until recently. She stopped eating; had diarrhea, had a fever and was crying out. Tinkerbell’s veterinarian determined that she was in organ failure and her mom made the heart-wrenching decision to humanely euthanize her sweet tabby girl. 😿

We helped with the arrangements and Tinkerbell passed peacefully over the rainbow bridge🌈 with her mom by her side. Tinkerbell’s mom said, “It was a very tough decision, I couldn’t keep Tink alive for me anymore. She was such a good kitty. I will miss her dearly. Thank you for your kindness and your help, it really, really truly is appreciated.”
