MIKO IS ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY! 💙

Miko had a check-up and suture removal on Monday. The surgery is quite invasive and needs to be performed by a highly skilled surgeon, involving reconstructing the urethra to allow urine to pass through more easily to prevent another life-threatening urinary blockage. Miko’s veterinary surgeon was happy with his recovery. His mom said, "He's healing so well and fast. He's basically back to his normal self, and we let him have supervised visits with his siblings. The surgeon said he healed super well and will need to wear the cone for a few more days."

Without surgery, Miko's life was in danger, but thanks to our wonderful donor angels who covered the entire cost of Miko's surgery, he now has a second chance at a happy and healthy kitty cat life!
