Crook is doing exceptionally well post-op!
Crook was diagnosed with a degenerative condition known as Bilateral Physeal Dysplasia with Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis. This condition caused him pain, and without surgery, he would have eventually lost his ability to walk.
Crook had surgery and is home and doing great. His activity is restricted for 4-6 weeks, and he will have the sutures removed in 10 days. His mom said, “I can not THANK YOU enough. My baby is coming around. I will never forget this!”
Thank you to everyone who helped with Crook’s surgery cost and donated to the Emergency Fund. This sweet boy will live a good life because of you.
We will have more updates on Crook soon!
