An unfortunate accident has left Pickle in a bit of a pickle! Pickle and a friend’s dog were roughhousing, and things got out of hand; a fierce scuffle ensued, leaving Pickle’s back leg injured.
Pickle’s mom immediately noticed something was wrong and took her to a veterinarian. X-rays confirmed the heartbreaking truth - Pickle's leg is broken. It was clear that the encounter with her furry friend had caused significant damage.
This type of injury requires setting the broken bone in place with a plate and screws to hold it together. The estimate is between $1475.25 → $1528.25. Pickle's mom is low-income; she applied for care credit but was denied due to bad credit. She reached out to other organizations but has not received any aid. Unfortunately, her friend cannot help either and feels terrible this happened. Pickle and his dog have always got along in the past.
