Story

Mochi, a sweet Texas kitty, has a painful polyp growing in her ear canal, causing recurring ear infections. Mochi’s veterinarian can remove the polyp; however, there is no guarantee that it will not grow back. Mochi’s veterinarian has recommended Ventral Bulla Osteotomy surgery, an invasive procedure to ensure the polyp doesn’t grow back.

Mochi constantly shakes her head and has an odor from her ear due to the infections. As the polyp grows, it could affect her balance, robbing her of a good quality of life. The surgery has been estimated between $2,134.59 - 2500.00. Mochi’s mom is having a rough time financially; she has a small part-time job while caring for her two small children, but it barely covers day-to-day living expenses. Mochi’s surgery cost is far beyond her reach.

Mochi’s mom said, “Mochi is so special to me; when I have had a hard day, she knows and will comfort me. She is so sweet to my girls; they adore Mochi and would be devastated if something happened to her.”

Mochi is only 3 years old; this surgical procedure will change Mochi’s life forever! We have successfully helped Lucky, Hazel, and Peru in the past with their Ventral Bulla Osteotomy surgeries, and today, they are living their best kitty cat lives.

Please, can you give Mochi the same chance for a pain-free life? Please donate today to help this sweet furbaby.
