Cream was diagnosed with femoral head necrosis, a degenerative disease that is robbing him of a good quality of life. Cream's hip bone is decaying, and he needs hip replacement surgery.

Cream’s condition is quite painful, as the disfigured joint becomes inflamed, eventually leading to arthritis. The older Cream becomes, his condition will deteriorate until he can no longer support any weight. Cream is only 1 β…• years old. This surgery will be life-changing for him.

Surgery will cost over $1,700.00. Cream’s mom is battling medical issues of her own; she applied for CareCredit but was denied due to mounting medical bills and limited income. She cannot afford Cream’s much-needed surgery right now, and it is breaking her heart that she can't help her sweet boy.

Cream’s mom said, β€œCream loves his fur-brother Benny; they cuddle and groom each other. They are so cute together, but if I try and snap a photo, they stop. Cream is a foodie, always trying to snag my snacks. He has a big personality!”

Cream can live a normal life if he gets this surgery. Please, can you help this sweet Minnesota kitty live pain-free?

Cream had double hip surgery, and last week, he had a post-op check-up and suture removal. The surgery site has healed perfectly, and Cream received a clean health bill from his surgeon.

During the pre-examination X-rays, Cream's surgeon discovered that his left hip joint also showed necrosis. Cream's mom frantically called us and asked if we could cover the additional cost of doing both joints simultaneously. Of course, we said YES!
