Story

Bonfire is only four years old but has been plagued with a painful and debilitating disease. Bonfire has been diagnosed with Stomatitis, and she suffers from constant mouth ulcers and inflammation of the gums, which causes her pain, difficulty drinking and eating and has lost much weight.

Some cats respond well to broad-spectrum antibiotics, Chlorhexidine rinses or gels, and anti-inflammatory medications. However, Bonfire has received this care on and off for years; but her stomatitis flares back up once she finishes the medication.

Sadly, a complete teeth extraction is the only effective treatment for this horrible disease.

Surgery will cost between $1232.88 -  $1480.05. Bonfire's dad is low-income and so heartbroken that he cannot afford his beautiful orange girl's surgery. (Did you know that 81% of orange cats are male?) So, Bonfire is a very special girl!

Her dad said, "Bonfire is the sweetest little bean, and I have had her since she was a baby. She loves to cuddle up and just get all the love and attention. She is also quite the hunter, and her favorite toy to play with is the feathers on a stick. I just don’t know what I would do without her in my life.

Please HELP this beautiful girl get to surgery ASAP!
